TC-W3水冷二冲程油清净性简易评定技术

通过对美国船舶制造商协会（NMMA） TC-W3清净性评定技术和评定设备进行研究，提出了TC—W3高档水冷二冲程油清净性的简易评定技术．采用Piaggio 180单缸、水冷二冲程发动机建立了TC-W3二冲程油的简易清净性评定试验台架。制定了相应的试验方法．利用舷外机的250h系泊试验和OMCJ70HP试验对笔者所建立的高档水冷TC-W3油简易评定技术进行了试验验证．结果表明，TC-W3简易清净性评定台架分辨效果明显，试验结果趋势一致．通过各种油样进行简易清净性试验，制定了清净性简易评定指标．

Simple Evaluating Techniques for Detergency of TC-W3 Grade Water-Cooled Two-Stroke-Cycle Oils

Based on the evaluating techniques and equipments of national marine manufacturer association(NMMA)TC-W3 oils,the simple evaluating techniques for detergency of high-grade water-cooled two-stroke-cycle oils were put for-ward in this paper.The test bench,adopting single cylinder,water-cooled,Piaggio180 engine,was established to evaluate the detergency of TC-W3 oils.The simple detergency test procedure for evaluating TC-W3 oils was also established.The deter-gency test bench was validated by 250 h mooring trial test of outboard engine and OMC J70HP test.Test results indicate that the detergency test bench can distinguish different oils obviously,and test dada are consistent and reliable.By testing a set of oil samples on the detergency test bench,the pass index was set up.
