| Abstract: | Based on the human rights, from the political, economic, philosophical and cultural perspective, the rationality of farmer development right and the problems existing in reality are discussed. The research results show that the system practice of the farmer development right should be constructed comprehensively from the aspects of the legislative relief, the administrative remedies, the judicial relief and the social assistance. |
