摘    要:概述了AFLP分子标记技术在昆虫分类鉴定、遗传图谱构建、遗传多样性分析、群体遗传结构和分化、生态型分析等分子系统学应用研究方面取得的较大进展.总结了AFLP的改进技术,并提出对相关问题的思考.

Abstract:AFLP molecular marker have made great progress in the research on the identification of insect taxonomy and construction of linkage genetic maps and analysis of genetic composition and diversity of population and ecotypes, etc. The technical improvement of AFLP was summarized, and viewpoints on related issues were proposed.
