| Abstract: | AFLP molecular marker have made great progress in the research on the identification of insect taxonomy and construction of linkage genetic maps and analysis of genetic composition and diversity of population and ecotypes, etc. The technical improvement of AFLP was summarized, and viewpoints on related issues were proposed. |
