Bi掺杂及制备工艺条件对Y_2O_3:Eu~(3+)发光性质的影响

摘    要:通过水热反应成功制备了系列纳米发光材料Y1.95-xB ixEu0.05O3(0≤x≤0.15).B i3+掺杂后,Y2O3:Eu3+在342 nm处产生了一个由B i-O带引起的激发带;此外,Y2O3:Eu3+掺杂2 mol%B i3+后与未掺杂B i3+的Y2O3:Eu3+相比,发光强度增加了约1.33倍,这是由于B i3+充当了敏化剂离子,传输能量给激活剂Eu3+.基于在218、342、469 nm激发波段的Y1.93B i0.02Eu0.05O3发射光谱,发现与敏化剂B i3+相比,Y2O3主晶格更能有效地传输能量给激活剂Eu3+.此外,工艺条件(pH和退火温度)对Y1.93B i0.02Eu0.05O3荧光性质的影响也进行了研究.

Abstract:Bi3+ doped Y2O3:Eu3+ with formula Y1.95-xBixEu0.05O3(0≤x≤0.15) was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction.Doped-Bi3+ results in a new activation band centered at 342 nm due to the extra Bi-O activation,and the luminescence intensity of Y2O3:Eu3+ with addition of 2 mol% Bi3+ was increased by as much as 1.33 times compared with the Bi3+ ions-free Y2O3: Eu3+ sample,which was interpreted that Bi3+,acting as a sensitizer ion,could transfer energy to activator Eu3+.Based on the emission spectra of Y1.93Bi0.02Eu0.05O3 with the excitation wavelengths of 218,342 and 469 nm,it could be suggested that Y2O3 host lattice could more efficiently transfer energy to activator Eu3+ than the sensitizer Bi3+ could do.In addition,the effects of processing conditions,such as the pH and sintering temperature,on the fluorescence properties of the Y1.93Bi0.02Eu0.05O3 also were investigated.
