摘    要:利用液体电极沿面放电等离子体反应器,对大肠杆菌的灭活效果进行了研究.考察了曝气量、初始含菌量和初始pH值等因素对大肠杆菌的存活细菌群落总数(cfu)的影响.实验结果表明:大肠杆菌的存活细菌群落数随初始含菌量、处理时间的增加而减少.弱碱性条件有利于大肠杆菌的灭活.反应系统中,曝气量对大肠杆菌灭活效果影响很大.在曝气量为4.5 L/min,电源频率7 kHz,电压6 kV条件下,500 mL初始含菌量为107cfu/mL的大肠杆菌菌液,放电处理5 min,可将全部大肠杆菌杀灭.本研究为液体电极沿面放电反应器在细菌灭活方面的应用提供参考.

Abstract:The inactivation of Escherichia coli by using surface discharge with liquid electrode in plasma reactor was studied experimentally.The effects of aeration amount,initial content of bacterium,and initial pH on the inactivation of E.coli were evaluated.The results showed that the amount of E.coli decreased with the increase of the initial content of the bacterium and the treatment time.Under alkaline condition,the inactivation of E.coli was relatively better.The aeration amount greatly affected the inactivation of E.coli.500 mL of 7 orders of magnitude E.coli bacterium fluid could be killed completely after 5 min of discharge treatment under the condition of the better aeration amount 4.5 L/min,power frequency 7 kHz and voltage 6 kV.It is expected to provide reference for the application of surface discharge plasma reactor with liquid electrode in the inactivation of bacterium.
