摘    要:分析了传统FMS设计中存在的问题以及建立统一模型的必要性,提出了基于统一仿真模型的解决方案;作为建立统一模型的突破口,提出了虚拟工作站的概念,并初步探讨了基于虚拟工作站的FMS控制模型;最后探讨了将面向对象的建模技术与Petri网相结合以构建统一模型的思路.

Abstract:Some problems encountered in the traditional FMS design and the necessity to develop a unified model for FMS simulation, scheduling and control are discussed. A scheme based on the unified model for solving the problems mentioned is proposed and the relevant algorithms and control logic in the simulation model can be directly used for the development of the control software. To develop the unified simulation model, the concept of virtual work station (VWS) is proposed and used to work out a standard work station model in which the specific physical equipment comprising the work station is concealed. The VWS based FMS control model is tentatively discussed. The idea of developing a unified model by combining the object oriented modeling technique (OMT) with Petri net is suggested, that is, each VWS is expressed as an object which is described with high level Petri net, and the model for the whole system is obtained by generating and connecting the instances of these objects.
