| Abstract: | Using the principle of equivalent stress magnetic field are presented, the functional relations between the variation of the material permeability along (or perpendicular to) the welding seam and the two direction stresses under the state of plane stress are presented. The relations indicate that the residual stress at any point can be measured. Experimental results verify that the idea is correct. |
