基于集成平台的CAPP和PPC集成系统

摘    要:按照CAPP和PPC的多级并行分布式集成体系结构建立CAPP和PPC集成系统SIPP.该系统采用五层集成结构,用一级实现所有层次的集成功能,用逻辑分布模拟物理分布,系统可以在一台或多台计算机上实现.该系统基于统一的集成平台,易于达成巨量中间过程决策数据的共享,确保了功能集成的实现,同时也实现了与CAD、资源建模等其他系统或功能的集成.系统可用来对CAPP和PPC的整个集成过程进行仿真,生成整体优化的工艺计划和生产计划.

Abstract:An integrated system of CAPP and PPC (SIPP) is established according to the architecture for their multi layer, concurrent and distributed integration. This system has a five level integration structure with all tasks of five levels being done in one layer and a physical distribution being replaced with a logical distribution, so it can run on a single computer or multiple computers. By a unified workbench, a large number of middle decision making data can be easily shared by CAPP and PPC to ensure a real functional integration, and meanwhile, an integration of this system with other functions such as CAD and resource modeling can also be achieved. This system is used to simulate the whole integration process of CAPP and PPC, and optimize process plans and production plans as a whole.
