摘    要:在牛顿法最优潮流的基础上,对电力系统环境保护问题加以研究,并给出了解法,即把发电燃料成本及污染排放(如SO2)计入目标函数,通过牛顿法加以求解.用替代折衷技术对燃料成本和污染排放加以折衷,得到最佳折衷方案.就IEEE-30 节点算例作了计算和分析.结果表明,利用替代折衷技术可以较好地解决此类问题,并且可以确定对单位污染排放罚款的数额.

Abstract:This paper presented a formulation of the optimal power flow (OPF) problems including the minimum emission objective, that is, in the objective the fuel's cost and the emission such as SO 2 are considered, and suggested to solve the problem using the Newton's approach. Surrogate worth trade off technique (SWT) was attempted to achieve the best compromise between the fuel's cost and the emission. Finally, an IEEE 30 bus test system was analyzed as an example. The results display that using SWT can effectively solve the problem of OPF flow with the minimum emission objective, and find out the best scalar of penalty for the unit emission.
