硅渣及废碱水共激发制备碱胶凝材料的研究

摘    要:对某化工厂的副产品——渡碱水及硅渣作碱胶凝材料的碱性激发剂进行了研究。通过优化废碱水和硅渣的掺入量可制备强度发展良好、凝结时间正常的碱胶凝材料,有效地降低碱胶凝材料的成本。另外,对其水化产物进行了初步研究,发现这种碱胶凝材料水化除生成C-S-H凝胶外,还生成了水化硅铝酸钙Ca(Al2Si5O8).4H2O、硅铝酸钙钠(Na,Ca)Al3Si5O16两种难溶性沸石类矿物。

Abstract:In this paper, the useless alkali water and the silicate wastrel from a chemical company used as the alkali activated agent was studied. The result shows that by optimizing the dosage of the useless alkali water and the wastrel, the alkali-activated cement with high strength and proper setting time can be prepared. Additionally, the primary study on the product of hydration of the cement discovers C -S-H and Ca(Al_2Si_5O_8).4H_2O, (Na,Ca)Al_3Si_5O_16 which belong to kind of zeolite in the product of hydration.
