| 摘 要： | 古巴比伦时期,土地买卖成为一种较普遍的私人经济活动.用于交易的土地类型多种多样,农田、房基地、打谷场、废墟地、空地等都可以自由买卖.此外,在土地交换中也涉及了不同类型的土地.用于买卖或交换的土地类型的多样化,反映了古巴比伦时期土地所有权日益集中于私人手中.

| Abstract: | During Old Babylon Dynasty,the field sale became an ordinary economic deed.The types of field in field sale were different.Those fields contained the farmland,house field,threshing floors,unimproved property and so forth.Some fields were involved in field exchange activities.The multiformity of field's types in field sale implied that the ownership of field became increasingly private. |
