外加辐射条件下水平方向火蔓延的实验研究

摘    要:论文对存在外加辐射条件下的可燃物表面的水平方向火焰蔓延过程进行了实验研究,得到了多种典型可燃材料在不同的加热功率下,火焰前锋位置随时间变化的数据;分析了外加热情况下,不同性质材料的火蔓延速率的变化。

Abstract:This letter presents an experimental research on t he flame spread on a horizontal combustible material surface while external r adiation added. The tested materials include plywood, paperboard, plasti c foam board and carpet. They were horizontally placed on a fixture with a wall. Beside it, two heating panels were used to heat the samples. With different ext erna l heating power, the variations of the flame front position,height and temperat ure with time were recorded. The spread speed was also obtained. It is shown tha t: (1) for most of the samples, flame spread will not expand until enough hea ting flux is added. The external radiation directly affects the spread speed and spread acceleration, although it also depends on the thermal physical parameter s of the samples; (2) For the plywood and carpet material with external radiatio n, t he flame spread is accelerated obviously. But for a plastic foam board, its acce leration cannot be observed; (3) the flame spread will become flashover at some time when the sample has been heated by enough external radiation flux. The test ed materials' flame spread speed, height and minimum heating flux were given.
