稠油热力-表面活性剂复合驱数值模拟研究

摘    要:对稠油油藏热采添加表面活性剂复合驱过程中的主要物理化学现象进行了分析,考虑乳状液的生成和作用,建立了完整的热力—化学复合驱数学模型。运用自行研制的软件进行了理论模拟计算,并对复合驱渗流机理及影响开发效果的因素进行了分析。研究结果表明,表面活性剂性质、浓度等在很大程度上影响着复合驱的开发效果;乳状液的形成改善了流度比,调整了注采剖面,提高了稠油采收率。

Abstract:The mechanism of fluid flow and physicochemical phenomena in thermal-surfactant combination flooding process were studied. Taking account of emulsion formation and its effect, a three dimension, three phase, multi-component combination flooding mathematical model was developed. Using the developed software to study the mechanism of combination flooding, the percolation mechanism and various factors which dominate the effect of combination flooding were investigated. The results indicate that the surfactant character and concentration have effects on the combination flooding. The improved mobility ratio and the adjusted cut plane by the emulsion enhanced the heavy crude recovery efficiency.
