XXJ300/500液压蓄能修井机管柱起升速度特性分析

摘    要:根据达朗伯原理 ,建立了XXJ30 0 / 5 0 0液压蓄能修井机在各力挡下起升管柱时的动力学方程式。通过求解动力学方程式 ,分析了各力挡下的管柱起升速度随管柱位移变化的动态特性。分析结果表明 ,XXJ30 0 / 5 0 0液压蓄能修井机在各力挡下所能起升的最大管柱重力不同 ;在各力挡下 ,随着管柱重力的减小和节流阀开口长度的增大 ,管柱起升速度增大。

Abstract:On the basis of d'Alembert theory, the dynamic equation for XXJ 300/500 hydraulic energy storing workover rig during lifting pipestring under each lifting force grade was established. The dynamic performances of the lifting velocity changing with movement of pipestring were analyzed by solving the dynamics equation. The analysis results demonstrate that XXJ 300/500 hydraulic energy storing workover rig can lift different maximum weights of pipestrings under different lifting force grades. The lifting velocity of pipestring becomes faster with the decrease of pipestring weight and the increase of the outlet length of the throttle valve.
