| 摘 要： | 本文在以钻头中心线为Z轴,钻头顶部端面为XOY平面所建立的空间坐标系OXYZ中,推导了射流轴线方程及井底形状曲面方程,从而提出了确定牙轮钻头喷射射流冲击井底位置及喷距计算的一种解析方法,并给出了计算机程序框图及计算示例。与原来的图解法相比,解析法具有简单、准确及通用性好等特点,为钻头设计及喷射钻井参数设计提供了方便。

| Abstract: | This paper deduces the corrdinate equations of the bit's nozzle axis and the camber equation of the bottom hole, and gives the method for calculating the jetting distance and the position in the state of that the mud jet spurts bottom hole. The study shows that the numerical method is more accurate, simple and convenient than schematic. The computer program and computational example have been given in the paper. |
