多羟基阳离子聚合物粘土防膨剂的研究

摘    要:本文研究了一种采油用的粘土防膨剂——多羟基阳离子聚合物。这种防膨剂是以聚丙烯酰胺作原始物质,通过羟甲基化和羟阳离子化合成,方法简单。其分子结构为多羟基带正电,能与羟基化、带负电的粘土表面很好地结合,并有效地中和粘土表面的负电性,因而粘土防膨效果较好。将它与羟基铝、羟基锆复配使用,可在很宽的浓度范围内产生更好的防膨效果。

Abstract:A clay swelling inhibitor-polyhydroxy-cationic polymer hasbeen synthesised by hydroxymethylation and hydroxy-cationization. Because of the polyhydroxy-cationic molecular structure, the inhibitor can combine strongly with the hydroxylated and negatively-charged clay surface, and neutralize its electricity, showing excellent anti-swelling ability. Much improved result can be obtained by admixing the inhibitor with hydroxy-aluminum and hydroxy-zirconium in a wide concentration range.
