火烧油层的室内实验研究

摘    要:在一维燃烧管室内模拟实验装置平台上分别对火烧油层热力采油过程的干式向前和湿式向前燃烧工艺进行了研究 ,确定了在这两种工艺条件下油样的燃烧特性参数 (燃料消耗量、视氢碳原子比和空气需要量等 )、燃烧前缘推进速度和原油采收率等 ,计算了空气 /原油比、氧气利用率等指标。将两种工艺结果进行对比 ,研究了注入水和空气的体积比 (WAR)对火烧油层性能的影响 ,确定了合适的注水时机与WAR值。实验结果表明 ,采用湿式向前燃烧法能够有效地回收留在已燃区的热量 ,提高燃烧反应生成热量的利用率。湿式燃烧工艺能显著地降低燃料消耗量与空气需要量 ,加快了燃烧前缘推进速度 ,提高了采收率。湿式燃烧的水与空气的比例不应小于 0 .0 0 3m3 /m3 。湿式燃烧的注水时机选择在稳定燃烧建立后、燃烧前缘推进到燃烧管长的 2 5 %左右时较为适宜。

Abstract:Some experiments on in situ combustion process and wet combustion advancing process in thermal recovery were conducted in laboratory. Burning performance parameters, advancing velocity of burning front and oil recovery were determined under the above two conditions. The burning performance parameters include fuel consumption, apparent atom ratio of hydrogen to carbon and air consumption. The indexes of air oil ratio and oxygen consumption rate were computed. Water air volume ratio ( WAR ) is a factor affecting the underground combustion performance. The proper water injection time and the value of WAR were determined. The wet combustion process could reduce fuel and air consumption, improve the advancing velocity and enhance the oil recovery.
