埕东油田东区西北部Ng_3~2层调驱试验中驱油剂的研究

摘    要:针对埕东油田东区西北部Ng23 层油、水的性质及油层温度等条件 ,采用绘制界面张力等值图的方法对两种国产石油磺酸盐KPS和APS的复配结果进行了优化 ,筛选出可与该区块原油产生最低平衡油水界面张力的驱油剂配方 (0 .2 0 %KPS +0 .0 7%APS) ,并通过室内驱油试验验证了该配方的洗油能力。在埕东油田东区西北部Ng23 层的调驱试验中 ,为对抗石油磺酸盐在地层的吸附损耗以及地层水的稀释作用 ,按比例增大了驱油剂配方中各种物质的浓度 ,矿场试验取得了成功。试验结果表明 ,将性质和结构互补的两种不同来源的石油磺酸盐进行复配 ,可与原油产生超低界面张力 (4.7× 10 -5mN/m)。界面张力等值图法是筛选驱油剂配方的一种有效方法。

Abstract:The active water drive formulation for the profile control active water drive experiment carried in Ng\+2\-3 layer in northwest part of east block in Chengdong oil field was tested using oil and brine obtained from the study region. Two kinds of petroleum sulfonates made in China were selected to form the active water drive formulation. The formulation for equilibrizing the lowest oil water interfacial tension was found by drawing an interfacial tension isogram. Oil displacement experiment at laboratory determined the oil displacement efficiency of the formulation. In the profile control active water\|drive experiment carried in Chengdong oil field, the concentration of the active drive formulation was improved proportionally to overcome the underground adsorption and dilution of petroleum sulfonate. The experiment was carried in Chengdong oil field successfully. Interfacial tension isogram is useful for the selection of active drive formulation. It is a good way to make up of active drive formulation by mixing two kinds of petroleum sulfonates with the different stuff and different molecular structures.
