北小湖油田油层冷伤害实验研究

摘    要:对北小湖油田高含蜡高凝固点原油析蜡对油层产生的冷伤害进行了室内驱替实验 ,实验结果表明 ,当油层出现冷伤害后 ,岩心的残余油饱和度增加 ,驱替效率大幅度降低 ,且油水的渗流阻力同时增加。建立了单井温度场数值计算模型 ,并对北小湖油田注水井温度场进行了计算。结果表明 ,注入流体的温度越低 ,冷伤害越严重 ;注入速度越大 ,冷伤害范围越大 ,且油层部位一旦被水淹 ,温度将迅速降低 ,之后随注入时间的增加逐渐趋于地层温度

Abstract:Water flooding experiment on oil with high wax content and high solidification point is made in laboratory. It shows that residual oil saturation increases and water flooding response decreases after the core is damaged by wax deposition. A temperature field model for the single water injection well is established. The larger the formation damage scale is, the higher the injection rate will be. The formation temperature will decrease dramatically as soon as the flooding edge is reached.
