摘    要:提出了岩土化学力学学科及化学环境—岩土介质动态系统的新概念 ,指出岩土力学研究应回归到岩土介质的物理性质和化学性质的研究上来 ,因为岩土物性决定其力学性质。岩土的物性的变化不仅来源于机械作用 ,更重要的是来源于化学环境—岩土介质动态系统中化学作用的改变。因此 ,传统的岩土力学应对化学作用导致物性的变化加以深入研究。还就岩土化学力学作为一门学科的若干要点作了讨论。

Abstract:The concepts of chemical_mechanics for rock and soil and chemical environment_rock and soil system are proposed, and the scientific thinking in chemical mechanics and its characteristics are discussed. Rock and soil mechanics should return to the study of physical properties and chemical properties of rock and soil, because the mechanical properties are determined by the physical properties and chemical properties of rock and soil. The changes of these properties are rooted not only in mechanical action, but also in the prior altering of chemical action in rock and soil.Therefore, more attention should be paid to the changes of physical properties and chemical properties of rock and soil from chemical action by chemical_mechanics for rock and soil, not by the conventional rock and soil mechanics. Finally, some of the methodology of chemical_mechanics for rock and soil is discussed.
