| 摘 要： | 目的研究p53,Ki-67,PCNA在人体大肠癌组织中的表达,初步探讨三者在大肠癌中的相互关系及淋巴结转移的关系.方法应用SP免疫组化方法(链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接法)对44例大肠癌组织中的p53,Ki-67,PCNA蛋白进行检测.结果 p53,Ki-67,PCNA的表达与大肠癌的组织分化无关(P>0.05),且三者的表达与大肠癌的淋巴结转移无相关性.结论抑癌基因的突变及增殖异常共同参与了大肠癌的形成,但对于判断肿瘤预后不能作为单独指标,需结合临床多因素进行分析判断.

| Abstract: | Objective To research the expression of p53,Ki-67,PCNA in large intestine cancer tissue of human body and primarily research their correlation and their relation with lymphoid knot transfer in large intestine cancer.Methods Apply immunity method(streptomycin antibiotin protein peroxide enzyme joint method) to examine p53,Ki-67,PCNA proteins of 44 examples with large intestine cancer.Results The expression of p53,Ki-67,PCNA has no relation with differentiation of large intestine cancer tissue(P>(0.05)) and their expression has no relevant with lymphoid knot transfer in large intestine cancer.Conclusion The multion of repress-cancer and abnormal proliferation play an important role in formation of large intestine carcer.But it can be used as only index to judge estimation of tumor,many clinical factors shold be combined for analysis. |
