摘    要:铸造烧结TiCp/Fe复合材料是近年来研究的新型金属陶瓷相耐磨复合材料,文章对烧结材料和经热处理后材料进行了X光衍射相分析,测试了不同状态材料的硬度和冲击韧性,探讨了材料中相变化和力学性能变化的规律.分析认为烧结TiCp/Fe复合材料的热处理促进了Fe0.975Ti0.025和Nb0.5Ti0.5C0.57不稳定相的稳定转变,有效提高了材料的韧性.

Abstract:Cast sintering TiCp/Fe recent years. In this paper, X-ray out, and hardness and impact to composite is one novel kind of cermets phase with abrasion resistance studied diffraction phase analysis of both sintered and heat-treated materials were carried ughness of the materials with different state are measured, as well as change law of phase and mechanics property are discussed. As a result, the heat treatment promotes conversion from unstable phase of Fe0.975Ti0.025 and Nb0.5Ti0.5C0.57 to stable phase in sintered TiCp/Fe composite and effectively improves the material toughness.
