Analysis of the Current Situation of the Ideological and Political Work and Contermeasures in Private Enterprises in Ningbo——A Perspective from the Harmonious Labor Relations

The harmonious labor relations is the basis for the harmany with the enterprises.A strong and effective ideologcal work is required for the construction of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises.In the author＇s mind,the private enterprises in Ningbo——based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the ideological and political work,should innovate the value orientation,pay close attention to the working style and methods to provote the harmonious development of labor relations,while the difficulties and ways of the ideological and political work are also discussed.
