摘    要:空气中大气压辉光放电是当前低温等离子体研究的热点,但通常因为放电容易过渡到火花状态,很难产生.为此,在大气压静态空气中采用阻容耦合负反馈方法控制针-水电极等离子体放电发展正反馈过程引起的不稳定性,同时利用水电极良好的热传导性能增强放电的稳定性,成功地抑制了辉光放电向火花放电的过渡,得到了稳定的交流辉光放电.

Abstract:Atmospheric pressure glow discharge in air is the focus of non-thermal plasma study currently.But it is difficult to produce due to the transition from glow to spark.To solve this problem,a method named resistance and capacitance coupled negative feedback is used to control the instability caused by the positive feedback discharge development process of pin-to-water electrode plasma system in static atmospheric air,and the good heat conductivity characteristics of water electrode is used to enhance the stability of discharge.It is successful to prevent the transition from glow to spark and produce a stable AC glow discharge.
