| 摘 要： | 从实验室开放、实验技术方法研究、发挥实验室社会服务功能、实验室队伍建设等方面论述了实验室工作的实践和体会；结合西北农林科技大学资源环境学院的工作实践，探讨了在目前的高等教育形势下，如何做好实验室工作，更好地为教学、科研服务，并指出当前实验室存在的主要问题及今后努力的方向。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the practice and the experience of laboratory work from such aspects as laboratory opening, experimental technology research, the laboratory social service function, laboratory troop construction and so on. It also discusses on how to complete the laboratory work under the present circumstances and points out the main problem in the current laboratory. |
