暨南大学生态学实验室的开放与管理

暨南大学生态学专业实验室是水生生物学国家重点学科领导下的平台实验室。文中阐述了该实验室的使用和管理现状,剖析了现存的课程设置和实验室软件建设欠妥、缺乏专人管理等问题。针对上述问题,提出了成立专门的实验管理机构,建设开放实验室、重视实验师资队伍建设、协调发展实验室硬件软件建设等建议。并为实验室的开放管理提出了建设性建议。

Open and Management of Ecology Laboratory in Jinan University

Ecology laboratory in Jinan University is one of the fundamental labs of the national key disciplines of hydrobiology.The present status of running and management of the laboratory was described,the existing problems were analyzed.At present,there were defective curriculum and laboratory software construction,and a lack of special management.In response to above questions,some reasonable suggestions on how to run the open management efficiently were proposed.These suggestions include：（i） to establish a specialized experiment management agency and construct an open laboratory,（ii） to emphasize on the experimental team building,（iii） and to develop coordinately laboratory hardware and software.Simultaneously,some reasonable suggestions on the open management were proposed.
