电解抛光技术在电子背散射衍射分析中的应用

摘    要:电解抛光技术是一种简便易行的表面加工技术,获得试样的表面粗糙度低,光亮度高,常用于电子背散射衍射技术测试试样的最终处理。文章在对电解抛光原理分析和加工工艺的选择和调整的基础上,分别对TRIP钢和钛合金试样进行电解抛光工艺,试样表面满足电子背散射衍射技术的要求。文章对相关的试样制备具有很好的借鉴作用。

Abstract:The Electropolishing is a simple surface technology easy to carry out. In this paper, the polishing principle is introduced, the main factors affecting samples' surface roughness are analyzed, the electrolytes for polishing TRIP steel and titanium alloy have been selected, and the parameters of polishing have been determined. Fine microstructure specimens have been prepared by the control of main factor. The specimens electrolytic polished can be used for electron hackscatter diffraction observing and analyzing mierostructure.
