| 摘 要： | 改革实验室管理体制,提高科学管理水平,是做好实验室工作的基础;强化实验教学质量控制,提高实验教学质量,是实验室的一项重要任务。文中对此进行了探讨,列出了该项目中的改革方案：（1）以人为本,加强实验室队伍的建设;（2）科学的实验室管理;（3）搞好实验教学,促进教学质量提高。以其最终达到提高实验室管理水平,提高实验教学质量的目的。

| Abstract: | Reforming the laboratory management system and improving the scientific management level are the basis of doing laboratory work well.Strengthening the quality control in experimental teaching and improving the quality of experiment teaching are important tasks in laboratory.This paper has listed the reform plan of this project：（1）human-oriented,strengthen laboratory team building;（2）scientific laboratory management;（3）improve experimental teaching,promote teaching quality.We are aiming at improving the laboratory management and the quality of teaching experiment. |
