质量控制图在橡胶混炼中的应用

本文研究了橡胶生产的质量控制，用质量控制图实时监控橡胶的生产过程，对生产过程中的异常情况实时报警，并显示异常情况的分析结果，同时编制了程序。本文采用的控制图有Ｘ图，Ｒ图，Ｓ图三种，能识别的缺陷模型有七大类。所研究的模式识别，虽是用于橡胶密炼过程中的质量控制，但是其识别模型的方法即上有普遍性。

APPLICATION OF QUALITY CONTROL GRAPH IN RUBBER MIXING PROCESS

The paper studies the quality control in rubber mixing process as well as the quality control graphs surveillance of rubber mixing process . When finding the abnormal case, it gives an alarm and an analysis result. At the same time, it writes out the programs. There are three control graphs: graph, R graph and S graph. They can analyse seven defect models. Though the results of judging abnormal cases are obtained from the study of mixing rubber process , the method can be universally applied in other fields.
