基于ARM的多功能数字化逆变电源

摘    要:针对不同焊接方式的不同控制方法,设计了基于先进精简指令集处理器(ARM)控制的多功能数字化逆变电源.利用基于ARM和复杂可编程逻辑器件的人机交互系统,通过软件设计,在一台电源上实现了CO2气体保护焊、脉冲熔化极气体保护焊、手工焊条焊等多种焊接方式的转换与选择.采用小波分析仪采集焊接过程的电流电压信号,考察了多功能数字化逆变电源的工艺性能,结果表明所设计的电源可满足各种焊接工艺要求,实现了数字化逆变电源的多功能化,提高了数字化逆变电源的实用性.

Abstract:A multifunctional digital inverter power supply system based on ARM was designed aim at different technical characteristic of different welding method and problems existed in analog control welding power supply. A digital human-computer interaction based on ARM and CPLD was used to change and select welding method among CO2 arc welding, pulse MIG welding and MMA welding in one power supply. Welding dynamic arc wavelet analyzer is adopted to test and analyze the current and voltage signal during welding process. According to the research on processing property of the multifunctional digital inverter power supply, it’s proved that the waveform designed can satisfy the process requirements and multifutionality of digital power supply is achieved, so that the practicability of digital power supply is improved.
