| 摘 要： | 分子生物学课程是生命科学相关专业的专业课，知识点多，内容抽象，实践性强．为提高地方本科院校学生的实践动手能力和创新能力，针对分子生物学教学过程中存在的问题，对我校分子生物学教学进行了重新定位，并对课程内容、教学方法、考核方法进行了改革，突出学生实践技能、创新思维和创新能力的培养．通过教学改革，逐步提高了分子生物学的教学效果．

| Abstract: | Molecular biology course is one of the professional courses in life sciences, which knowledge points are more abstract content, practical. In order to improve the students＇ abilities of the practice and innovative in local college, the teaching reformations including re-positioning, course content, teaching methods and assessment methods are performed according to the problem during the teaching process for molecular biology, which especially totrain practical skills, innovative thinking and creative ability for the students. These measures are taken and the good results are acquired from the reformation. |
