Ki-67、Bax蛋白在维吾尔族宫颈癌p53 Arg72Pro不同基因型中的表达研究

摘    要:采用免疫组化的方法检测110例维吾尔族宫颈癌和45例维族正常宫颈组织中p53基因第四外显子第72位密码子Arg/Pro(p53 Arg72Pro)3种基因型Arg/Arg、Pro/Arg、Pro/Pro型中Ki-67、Bax蛋白的表达。初步探讨p53Arg72Pro不同基因型在新疆维吾尔族人群宫颈癌发生机制中的相关作用。结果发现在维吾尔族宫颈癌p53Arg72Pro三种基因型中Arg/Arg型的细胞增殖指数最高62.990±15.0706,而Pro/Pro型的Bax蛋白阳性表达率最高66.67%,其表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明p53 Arg72Pro 3种基因型在抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡方面可能存在差异,p53 Arg72Pro多态性可能通过不同的机制引起肿瘤的发生。

Abstract:In order to investigate the carcinogenic mechanism of the different genotypes of p53 exon 4 codon 72 of cervical carcinoma in Uigur women,immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Ki-67,Bax protein of the 110 patients and 45 controls.The results showed that the proliferation index of the homozygous arginine was 62.990+15.0706 which was the highest in three genotypes;whereas the ratio of the expression of Bax protein in homozygous proline was 66.67%,which was higher than the other genotypes,In statistical analysis there were the significant differences in the expression of Ki-67,Bax protein between three genotypes(P<0.05).We assumed that the functions of suppressing cellular proliferation and promoting cellular apoptosis have distinctions in different genotypes,and the two genotypes may have the different carcinogenic mechanism to develop cervical carcinoma.
