摘    要:采用SBR反应器处理高浓度氨氮废水,考察了反应器内氨氮的去除、亚硝态氮和硝态氮的变化情况,并对反应器的工艺运行条件进行了优化。结果表明:在水力停留时间为24h,pH为7.5,溶解氧浓度为3mg/L时,氨氮的去除效率可以达到99%,反应器内的硝态氮生成量稳定,达到85%以上,亚硝态氮很少。污泥特性研究表明,污泥的沉降性能良好,SV在35—40,粒径分布在183μm左右。

Treatment of High Strength Wastewater Containing High Concentrations of Ammonium using SBR Bioreactor

Abstract:This paper described the SBR bioreactor, which was developed for treating high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater. Ammonia nitrogen removal and nitrate, nitrite production were investigated, and operational parameters was optimized The result showed that under the condition of HRT 24h,pH 7.5, DO 3mg/L,Ammonia nitrogen removal ration was able to reach more than 99% and more than 85% ammonia nitrogen conversion into nitrate. Nitrite was negligible. Sludge sedimentation performance was well, sludge settling ration was 35 -40, active sludge flocs particle size was 183. 044μm.
