棉花三系杂种的研究和利用

摘    要:以 2 2个三系杂种F1 和 2个杂种F2 为材料 ,以新陆早 1号和即将推广的新陆早 7号为双对照 ,1 997年在我校农学系试验站进行了第 4年的杂种比较和筛选试验。通过田间观察、室内考种、纤维品质分析、试验数据的方差分析和多重比较 ,特别是与两个对照品种两两对比 ,初步筛选出了标准优势强、纤维品质好的 3个强优组合 ,分别是PA× 61R 9、中A× 61R 9和 2A×中R 1 6。

Abstract:Taking twenty two hybrid cotton F\-1'and F\-2'as the experimental material along with two standard vavieties F\-2,Xinluzao No.1 and xinluzao No.7,as the double checks,the comparative experiment was caried out in 1997.During the experiment,through observing in field,examination in laboratory,fiber qualities analyses with HVI900 and analysis of variance,three better Combinations have selected in which PA 61R 9 was the best combination,following by ZhongA 61R 9 and 2A ZhongR 16 for lint yield.All these three combinations showed high lint cotton yield and superior fiber qualities.Therefore,these better combinations can be used as the main material in the following studies to continue studying their agronomic traits and fiber qualities.
