苎麻纤维接枝氯化血红素工艺研究

摘    要:将氯化血红素接祓到苎麻纤维上,通过实验分析氯化血红素质量浓度、焙烘温度及焙烘时间与接枝率的关系,从而确定较佳的反应条件.实验表明,氯化血红紊质量浓度为1 g/L,焙烘温度为130~140℃,焙烘时间为3~4 min,是较佳的反应条件.对接枝前后的苎麻纤维进行扫描电镜、红外光谱及X射线衍射分析,证实氯化血红素在纤维表面的附着接枝和纤维内部结晶度降低形成的存留.

Abstract:The chlorohemin was grafted on ramie, the relationship between ratio of graft and chlorohemin concentration, reaction temperature and time were discussed through experiment to choose the optimal conditions. And the results showed that chlorohemin concentration was 1 g/L; the temperature was between 130 - 140 ℃; and the reaction time was around 3-4 min. Measured by Scanning Electronic Microscope, FT- IR spectrums and X-ray diffraction spectrums, the difference between grafted ramie and the original ones proved the grafting and deposit of chlorohemin into ramie.
