开设大学英语选修课的探索和实践

随着高校课程改革的不断深入,大学英语选修课在教学中的地位和作用也越来越受到重视,而且课程建设发展迅速。浙江科技学院大学英语部从课程设置、课程教学管理、教材、教学团队建设4个方面对选修课程进行了探索,认为选修课将培养语言技能与学习相关领域的知识结合起来,可提高学生的语言水平;同时也提出了课程实践过程中存在的一些问题及解决的办法,以期达到选修课在大学英语教学中切实发挥作用的目的。
