盐酸左氧氟沙星对凤眼莲生理特性的影响

摘    要:以凤眼莲叶片中叶绿素含量、光合速率、可溶性蛋白含量及其组分、根系活力等参数,研究了盐酸左氧氟沙星对凤眼莲的胁迫作用。结果表明,0~100 mg L-1浓度范围内盐酸左氧氟沙星处理时,凤眼莲的叶绿素含量随处理浓度提高而上升,光合速率则随处理浓度提高而下降;0~50 mg L-1盐酸左氧氟沙星处理时,可溶性蛋白含量和根系活力随处理浓度提高而上升,随处理浓度进一步提高,可溶性蛋白含量和根系活力下降;SDS-PAGE电泳显示,盐酸左氧氟沙星处理没有造成可溶性蛋白的组分的明显变化。这些研究结果表明,凤眼莲对盐酸左氧氟沙星具有较高的耐受性。

Abstract:The effects of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride on chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,soluble protein content and root activity of Eichhornia crassipes were investigated in the present study.The results showed that the chlorophyll content increased with increasing of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride at the concentration below 100 mg L-1,whereas the photosynthetic rate declined.Soluble protein content and root activity increased after treatment with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride below 50mg L-1 and decreased as the concentration of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride further increased.SDS-PAGE analysis showed that no notable change of soluble protein was observed for the control and Levofloxacin Hydrochloride treated samples.These results demonstrated that Eichhornia crassipes was resistant to Levofloxacin Hydrochloride.
