SPME-GC-MS法比较野生和栽培铁皮石斛的挥发性成分

摘    要:采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术,气质联用(GC-MS)法分析野生和栽培铁皮石斛的挥发性成分.从野生和栽培铁皮石斛中,分别鉴定出97种和80种挥发性成分,相对含量均占总离子峰的96.0%,具有60个相同的化合物,主要成分均包含芳樟醇、癸醛、对映-海松-8(14),15-二烯等化合物.

Abstract:Contents of wild and cultivated Dendrobium officinale were separated and analyzed by GC-MS with sample introduction of the solid-phase microextraction fibers. The results showed that 97 and 80 chemical components are isolated and identified separately from the wild and cultivated D. officinale,which accounted for 96. 0% both of the total essential oils. The wild and cultivated D. officinale have 60 identical volatile chemical composition that largely includes linalool,decanal,ent-pimara-8( 14),15-diene and so on.
