| 摘 要： | 文章针对目前国内制造业在产品开发阶段实际现状和存在的问题,提出以人为中心,知识为基础,建立知识借鉴模型;此模型包括四步流程,通过对显性知识的收集和类聚以及对隐性知识的挖掘和转移,实现了产品开发阶段对知识的借鉴,减短产品开发周期,降低开发成本。

| Abstract: | In the conventional product developing which starts from drawing sketches,a large amount of work is repetitive.Here presented is a knowledge brokering model is set up in which the man resourse is regarded as the center and the knowledge as the basis.The model includes four steps,and it achieves knowledge-brokering by gathering and clustering the explicit knowledge and mining and transferring the implicit knowledge so that the development time can be shortened and the development cost reduced. |
