摘    要:文章介绍了采用高能球磨法制备Cu-Zr复合粉体,采用SEM、XRD等方法研究粉体的机械合金化过程,并进一步研究了其冷压成形和烧结过程.结果表明:随着球磨时间的延长,一部分Zr固溶到Cu中,形成Cu-Zr过饱和固溶体,另一部分则与铜生成铜锆金属间化合物;粉体由片状转变为近球状,显微硬度逐渐增加;当球磨超过15 h后,复合粉体硬化,为了得到某一密度的压坯,需要更高的压制压力.

Abstract:Cu-Zr powders were prepared by high-energy ball milling the Cu and Zr elemental powders. The mechanical alloying process and the powder characteristics were studied by means of SEM and XRD and the pressing-sintering process of the milled powders was also preliminarily studied. The results indicate that during ball milling, Zr atoms and Cu atoms form supersaturated solid solutions and Cu-Zr alloy intermetallic compound. The morphology of the milled powders are of near ball shape different from the platelike shape of the powders at the early milled stage. Meanwhile, the microhard-ness of the milled powders increases with the milling time. As for the Cu-Zr powder ball milled for 15 hours, much higher pressure is required to obtain a higher pressing density duo to powder hardening in the ball milling process.
