摘    要:为了减少镜质组反射率测定的工作量,利用相对误差、复相关系数、方差分析法和t检验法,研究单种煤及其复配的配合煤镜质组反射率的关系,证明镜质组反射率及其分布具有良好的加和性。选取的配合煤,南选煤与圣弗煤的比例分别为8∶2、6∶4、4∶6、2∶8,将其预测值与实测值对比。结果表明:四种方法均说明配合煤镜质组反射率分布的实测值和预测值没有差异,近似相等。用单种煤的镜质组反射率分布和配煤比理论加和法,可以预测配合煤的镜质组反射率及其分布,指导配煤炼焦的生产实践。

Study of vitrinite reflectance additivity of coking coal

Abstract:Aimed at reducing the workload of vitrinite reflectance measurement,this paper studies the relationship between the vitrinite reflectance of single coal and complex formulation of coal blends,using the relative error,the multiple correlation coefficient,the variance analysis method,and the t-test method,and thereby proves that there exists a good additivity on the vitrinite reflectance and its distributions. The comparison between their predicted values and measured values,using the Nanxuan coal and the Shengfu coal in the feeding ratio of 8 ∶ 2,6 ∶ 4,4 ∶ 6 and 2 ∶ 8 respectively,suggests that there occurs no apparent difference in vitrinite reflectance between the measured value and predicted value,due to the use the four calculation methods. It follows that it is viable to predict the vitrinite reflectance of coal blends and its distributions using the vitrinite reflectance distribution of single coal and the adding method of coal blends ratio theory. The study may serve the coal blending and coking.
