| 摘 要： | 开放式实践教学是一种新型教学方式,在我国尚处于实践探索阶段。针对目前开放式实践教学管理模式中暴露出来的一系列问题,文章介绍以校电气工程实验中心为平台,从教学管理和资源管理两个角度对实践教学管理模式进行了优化与改革,分别从教学体系、教学方法、考核方法、实验设备、指导力量和经费管理这六个方面提出了相应的解决方案,提出了一套有利于培养学生实践与创新能力的开放式实践教学管理体系。
