Innovations and managements of the pharmaceutical academic practice teaching

Academic practice teaching is an very important step for pharmaceutical profession. It is necessary to establish an appropriate academic practice teaching base and innovate the trainning meth- ods. In this paper, we introduce the qualifications and circumstances to set up a traditional chinese medicinal plant field in Anguo Hebei. Also, the advantages of establishing an appropriate academic practice teaching base in Anguo, the innovations and managements of the academic trainning are dis- cussed.
