基于虚拟仪器的悬臂梁应变测量实验方法研究

摘    要:悬臂梁在受力状态下的应变测量十分重要,传统的实验测量方法难以满足应变测量内容的多样性和实时处理要求。以虚拟仪器技术为基础,结合LabVIEW软件,对悬臂梁应变测量的新方法进行了研究。该方法在搭建的硬件平台支持下,利用开发出的应用程序完成测量数据的采集、存储、实时处理和结果的显示等,具有操作灵活简便、效率高和扩展性好等优点。

Abstract:The measurement of cantilever beam strain under power is very important, while the tradi- tional measurement no longer meets the need of diversity of measuring substance and immediate processing. Combining LabVIEW Software, this paper studies a new measurement of cantilever beam strain based on the virtual instrument technology. With the support of hardware platform, it can complete data gathering, storing, immediate processing and result displaying, etc. The new method has characteristics of high efficiency, good expansibility and easy operation.
