| 摘 要： | 高校实验技术队伍科研创新能力的培养是新形势下高等教育持续快速发展、教学与科研实现双赢的需要。结合中南大学机电工程学院国家重点实验室、教学实验室的团队建设,从健全与落实实验技术队伍的培养、培训,实验教师指导学生创新实验、参与实验教学改革等方面的工作,就如何提高实验教师科研创新能力提供一些建议和参考。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of the scientific research innovation ability for college laboratory technical team is the need of sustained and rapid development of higher education under the new situation, and the need of realizing a win-win situation between teaching and scientific research. Combining teams~ building of the state key laboratory and the teaching laboratory in college of mechanical and electrical engineering of central south university, some suggestions and references were proposed on how to im- prove the teachers＂ scientific research innovation ability, such as perfecting and carrying out the culti- vation and training of the laboratory technical team, instructing students ~ innovative experiment, and participating in the laboratory teaching reform. |
