| 摘 要： | 阐述了实验教学团队建设的重要性和目前我国实验教学队伍建设中存在的问题,探讨了建设高水平的教学团队的思路,并结合南开大学国家级化学实验教学团队建设的实践,提出了加强实验教学团队建设、提高实验教学质量的措施。
