基于校企合作服务外包人才培养的教学评价研究

教学评价是校企合作服务外包人才培养运行过程中的重要环节,对修订教学过程、检验学生学习效果和人才选拔有重要的作用.通过对服务外包教育和培训的教学评价问题进行理论研究,明确其基本内容是对学习者学前诊断评价、学中过程评价、学末终结性评价等多方面学习效果、学习类型的评价,采用标准比对评价法,并提出建立情景模拟测试的客观评价方法.

Study on the Teaching Evaluation of Service Outsourcing Talents Training Based on School-enterprise Cooperation

Teaching evaluation is an important part during the process of service outsourcing talents training based on the school-enterprise cooperation. It plays an important role in revision of the teaching process, testing study effect of students and selecting different talents. Through the theoretical study of teaching evaluation in service outsourcing education and training, the basic content of this kind of teaching evaluation is clarified, that is, the evaluation in multi-aspects of study effect and study types, such as pre-learning diagnostic evaluation, learning process evaluation, the end of learning summative evaluation, and so on. The evaluation method of standard comparison is adopted and the establishment of objective evaluation method of scene simulation test is proposed.
