珙桐内生真菌Lophiostoma sp.(X1-2)石油醚部位化学成分研究

摘    要:采用硫酸-甲醇甲酯化方法对珙桐内生真菌Lophiostoma sp.(X1-2)石油醚部位衍生化,运用GC-MS对其衍生物进行分离鉴定,确定石油醚部位的主要成分为达玛烷型三萜和不同长链及不同饱和度脂肪酸,其中化合物1含量最大,达43.95%,而脂肪酸以含18个碳的脂肪酸为主,含量达44.24%.

Abstract:The chemical constituents of petroleum ether part of endophytic fungus Lophiostoma sp.(X1-2) are derivated by sulphuric acid-methanol method,and analyzed by GC-MS.The results of GC-MS display that the main constituents are dammarane type triterpene and fatty acids with different numbers of carbon chains in the petroleum ether part,and the contents of dammarane type triterpene and fatty acids are 43.95% and 44.24%.
