混凝土斜方体抗压有限元分析及试验研究

摘    要:随着水泥混凝土的外加剂和掺合料不断发展,仅把传统的立方体抗压强度作为最重要的性能指标显得越来越不完整.本文引入一种斜方体试件作为混凝土强度试验的试件,提出"斜方体抗压强度"的概念,该强度考虑了压、拉弯、剪共同作用的复杂受力状态对混凝土强度的影响.有限元分析及试验结果均表明,混凝土斜方体试件受压后沿试件钝角对角线产生主要裂缝并破坏,其破坏机理与立方体试件不同.混凝土斜方体抗压强度反映了混凝土在复杂受力状态下的材料性能,可以作为评定混凝土性能的又一指标.

Abstract:With the continuous development of cement concrete admixtures,it becomes more and more incomplete to consider only the traditional cube compressive strength as the most important performance indicator.This paper introduces a kind of trapezoid body as the specimen of concrete strength test,and a concept of "compressive strength of trapezoid body ",which considers the effect of complicated stress state under cooperating loads such as pressure,bending,shear on the concrete strength.Finite element analysis and experimental results show that the concrete trapezoid body specimens cracking mainly along the obtuse diagonal under compression;and the damage mechanism of trapezoid body specimens is different from that of cube specimens.Concrete compressive strength of trapezoid body,which reflects material properties of concrete under complex stress state,can be used as another assessment of concrete performance.
