南水北调中线方案的优化设想

摘    要:实施南水北调中线工程,须加高丹江口大坝,兴建1200多km的大型运河渠,将侵占耕地4万多km^2,移迁相应数量的人口。由此提出分散兴建上游山区的大中型水库代替丹江口水库增容,抽水提升代替库水位增高,开拓来水疆域提高供水保证率,充分利用老河川与已建引黄工程,减小运河渠规模,化解所面临的工程技术难题的优化思路,供策划与决策者参考。

Abstract:For the Middle Route Project of South to North water transfer,the Danjingkou dam must be raised;and more than 1200km long grand canal should be constructed.Meanwhile,more than 40 000 hm 2 farmland will be occupied;and corresponding number of people should be resettled.Aiming at above mentioned problems,an optimizing train of thought is presented as follows:constracting large and medium sized reservoirs at the upper reaches of mountainous areas instead of increasing storage volume of Danjiangkou reservoir;exploiting areas of incoming flow to increase the ensuring rate of water supply;making the full use of the existing water conservancy projects to decrease the scale of canals.
